“Manifestation” is the idea that your thoughts, beliefs, and intentions can influence what happens in your life. It may often be associated with practices like visualization, affirmations, and mindset shifts, basically focusing your attention on what you want so you’re more likely to notice opportunities and act in ways that move you toward it.

There are two ways to look at it:

1. Practical (grounded) view:
Manifestation may work because of psychology and behavior. If you clearly define a goal, believe it’s possible, and keep it in mind, you naturally make decisions that align with it. For example, if you “manifest” a new job, you’re more likely to update your resume, network, and apply consistently.

2. Spiritual / belief-based view:
Some people believe manifestation involves attracting outcomes through energy, the universe, or concepts like the “law of attraction”, the idea that like attracts like.

What actually matters most:
Regardless of your belief system, manifestation is only useful if it’s paired with action. Thinking alone won’t change outcomes, but thinking, consistent effort, awareness often does.
